Without further ado, here are the things that have inspired me (or brought me joy) this week:
- It’s officially fall! For me, I still align fall with the beginning of a new school year. It’s time for new pencils, pens, journals, goals, and flannel. Looking forward to making a different editorial calendar after the 30-day challenge is over. This process has certainly given me the confidence to tackle something new next month!
- I discovered a new YouTube channel this week and I’m obsessed. It’s called How to ADHD hosted by Jessica McCabe. She posts fun and engaging videos targeted at ADHD brains with topics ranging from project management to sustaining relationships. In one of the videos, Jessica describes how differently ADHD appears in boys and girls, leading to girls being highly underdiagnosed as kids. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized I had been living with undiagnosed ADHD for a while. This channel is a great resource for anyone who wants more information on attention deficit.
- There’s a really exciting opportunity on the horizon for me and I am super pumped about it. Can’t talk about it right now, but hopefully, everything pans out 🙂
What has inspired you this week? What are your fall traditions?
